SynCals helps patients discover independent clinicians, review professional information, and request appointments. Clinicians and practices provide medical services independently. A listing, verification badge, ranking, article, or review is not an endorsement or guarantee of care, availability, credentials, or outcomes.

The marketplace, search results, articles, videos, and intake tools do not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

An appointment request is not confirmed until the clinician or practice accepts it. Appointment availability, consultation terms, insurance participation, pricing, cancellation rules, and the scope of any free consultation are determined by the clinician or practice and may change.

External scheduling or electronic health record services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. You may not impersonate another person, submit false credentials or reviews, scrape or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to send harmful or deceptive content.

We may restrict or suspend accounts and listings to protect patients, clinicians, the platform, or legal compliance.

After you provide a US phone number and check the separate consent box, we may send transactional messages for phone verification and secure pre-visit tasks. Message frequency varies and is generally limited to one verification message, one secure-task message, and one reminder per appointment request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your ability to seek care, but you may need another verification method where available. Consent is not a condition of care or purchase. See the full SMS terms.

Clinicians are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and professional appropriateness of credentials, profile information, publications, media, and patient-facing content they submit. Paid automatic publishing is optional and remains subject to clinician review, subscription limits, and separate billing terms.

Reviews must reflect honest experiences and must not contain private medical information, threats, unlawful material, or manipulated ratings. Third-party review platforms control their own content and policies.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and Sporo Health Inc is not responsible for independent clinical decisions or medical outcomes.
